The List: 10 Things To Do Before 30

I was never the type to have a bucket list. I only have general end goals and I'd just flow along the waves, not having this detailed list on how to get there. I know, it's weird and slightly irresponsible. But recently, I thought maybe my life could finally use a bit of organizing.

I'm not getting any younger and reality faces me, giving slaps and all. I'm turning 20 in two months, still lost and confused like almost everyone else; maybe setting more realistic and more attainable goals would make life less complicated. At what point does one figure everything out anyway? Who even has it all figured out at the moment? If you know someone, please tell me... I would like to have a word with them.....

My take on the whole bucket list thing may not be as detailed as the ones I've seen and read, but it's the best I can come up with as of the moment. And since I know a lot of things will change in a span of 10 years, here's 19 year-old Ida's "10 Things To Do Before 30"!

The Sunday Currently Ep. 03

I haven't really welcomed the new year here... or anywhere (just through text messages to my friends, haha) but Happy 2016!!

Salutations & Warm Greetings

Good day, wonderful readers of my humble blog! If you have come here from Tumblr, hello again. And if not, welcome!

I've gone to this path, yes. As I've mentioned in my last Tumblr post, going on Blogger has been in my head for a long while but due to certain turn of events, I hadn't had the chance to do it sooner. It's finally here, though!

The blog's layout has been fully refurbished but I'm sure the content will be the same – DIYs, outfit posts, random updates and a lot more.

The Sunday Currently Ep. 02

It’s been almost two months since the start of my first semester as a sophomore and I’m still barely sleeping. (Well there goes another Sunday Currently post starting with an introduction about school…)

I’ve actually enlisted classes in my home college which means I’m not building-hopping this semester (which also means no walking “exercise” and no non-art-related subject for Ida, how fun!)

Read on for a ~quick~ update on life lately (DIY Version).

The Sunday Currently Ep. 01

We’re 16 days away from the first day of this academic year (2015-2016) and I honestly don’t know whether I’d feel excited or anxious. I don’t know what to expect from my classes, not to mention I’ve only gotten 15 out of 18 units during the first batch run of preenlistment.

In the course of this unstable weathered (but regardless, still humid) summer, here is the first episode of The Sunday Currently.

Five Reasons Why Crochet Is Not Uncool

A lot of my friends know that I somewhat live for threads, yarns and hooks. Though most people appreciate and understand the craft, I would still get strange reactions every so often. I’d also get a lot of questions and statements such as, “Isn’t that hobby for grannies?” “Crochet is for uncool people.” “Why crochet when you can do something else?”, among others.

Well, we all got our own business to attend to, why meddle with others’?
